Giveaway and Competition Terms and Conditions

Entry is open to all Australian residents, aged 18 years and over who make a qualifying purchase at a MaxiPARTS branch or online at www.maxiparts.com.au during the Promotional Period. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must during the Promotion Period, purchase over $250 of Donaldson Filtration products at any participating MaxiPARTS branch, or online at www.maxiparts.com.au during the Promotional Period. Customers must spend $250 *inc. GST and excludes freight charge. You can enter more than once by making additional Qualifying Purchases during the Promotional Period.

The Eligible Entrant will receive one entry into the competition. Entries are unlimited for the promotional period, as long as the entrant qualifies against the set criteria (refer to 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5).

Prize values are based upon the prices quoted at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.

If a prize becomes unavailable before the conclusion of the promotional period, Donaldson Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative closest to the same size/ quality/ value that is available at the time.

Each entry will be placed into a random draw to take place at 10:30 am (AEST) on 07/04/2026 at MaxiPARTS Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 76 110 786 215), 22 Efficient Drive, Truganina VIC 3029.

The Winners will be notified by telephone or email within 7 buisness days of being drawn as the Winner.

The Winner is required to collect the Prize from their closest MaxiPARTS branch. MaxiPARTS will not cover the cost of freight, should the Winner want to have the Prize delivered. A freight charge will be provided.

All winners’ details will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used for any additional purposes.

Redraw: If the prize is not claimed or is not distributed within 30 days of the draw date of 07/04/2026 (“Prize Claim Date”), an unclaimed/undistributed prize draw will be conducted on 07/05/2026 at 22 Efficient Drive, Truganina VIC 3029 at 10:30 am (AEDT). The winners will be notified by telephone or email within 7 days of the Prize Claim Date.

All decisions by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this promotion, winners accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to utilise their prize. The winners release the Promoter and other organisers, their related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, agents and employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of the prize.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed.

Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.

It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.

In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, pandemics, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under State Regulation.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written direction given under State Regulation.
